Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you may do so using the appointment link sent to you via text or email after you submit an appointment request. Any appointments that are “canceled” or “no-showed” 24 hours or less will be charged the mandatory cancellation fee.
